Thank you for your interest in the Clarksville Montgomery County Home Builders Association. A nonprofit organization that works to maintain good quality homes in the Clarksville Montgomery County area. Builders seek our leadership in working to keep cost of housing affordable. As well as keeping builders updated with any code changes and laws that regulate our industry. We have had an active chapter in Clarksville for the past 20 years.
As an Associate or supplier, your membership allows many networking opportunities. Sponsoring a meeting, working on a committee such as Parade of Homes or Golf outings. Or just attending one of the 6 plus meetings. Taking pride in our community keeps us motivated to connect with our political leadership. Offering to lend a helping hand is key.
The annual membership fee is $450. Same for builders and associates. This membership allows you to become a member at the local, state and national level. Tennessee Home Builders Association and National Home Builders Association will mail you updates about businesses such at yours.
