Rebate Claim Forms detail the participating Manufacturers and what we need in order to write your members=92 rebate check. They can be found here:

If your Builder or Remodeler members register and claim by the deadline, we will make their membership retroactive to July 2011! Your Builder and
Remodeler members can submit for any homes, remodeling projects, or multi-family units completed from July - December, 2011. No receipts are
necessary (except for Progress Lighting) to process the rebates as we utilize Manufacturer salespersons to verify the information through their
distribution. This makes the paperwork simple and requires minimal time. The 4th Quarter 2011 deadline will be February 22nd, 2012.
