2nd Annual Parade of Homes
September 29 - October 2nd will be open for visitors on Thursday and Friday hours are 5-8pm. Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 1-5pm.
We will have 15 homes this year throughout Clarksville Montgomery County. The builders are:

Builders are allowed to submit up to 3 homes. Addresses will be published on the website after completion of home and judging on the 24th

Parade tickets will be sold at local bank branches or you may purchase tickets that the Clarksville Board of Realtors office.
Tickets are $5 person, under 16 FREE
½ ticket proceeds donated to the CMCSS New Technology Room.

Congratulations Maggi Handley, This Year's Cover Artist!
Maggi Handley is a sophomore at Northwest High School and the 2011 winner of the Parade of Homes Magazine cover. Mr. John Crabbe of Crabbe Construction, Clarksville Home Builders Vice President Presented $100 to Ms Handley on Friday August 19th. The Home Builder Association presented another $100 to the assistant principal, Mr. Smith, and the 10th grade counselor, Ms. Stasiorowski to benefit the school’s Art Department. Art teacher Shawn Scott stated that “Maggi is very happy and excited!” 50% of the ticket sales will be donated to the Clarksville Montgomery County School System’s New Technology Rooms. In 2010, $2500 was donated to this effort.
