 2006 Builder Of The Year  Clarksville Montgomery County Home Builders Association awarded Jim H.Maynard III(right), Maynard Construction, as 2006 Builder of the Year. Award was presented by Clay Powers, 2002 CMCHBA Past-President. Maynard pictured here with his father, James Maynard (center) and brother, Bill Maynard(left). Maynard was recognized for his achievements in Clarksville's Home Building Industry and his outstanding commitment to the assocaition. 2006 Jackie Goad Hall of Fame Award  Clarksville Montgomery County Home Builders Association awarded Herb Baggett (right), a Habitat for Humanity Builder, as 2006 recipant of the Jackie Goad Hall of Fame Award. Award was presented by Don Duncan(left) 2001 CMCHBA Past-President. Baggett took the lead in building over 40 homes in Montgomery County. Baggett has 8 more on the agenda for 2007. We appreciate the many outstanding contributions to our community. 2006 Associate of the Year  Clarksville Montgomery County Home Builders Association awarded Dana Dewberry (left) with Dunn Insurance as 2006 Associate of the Year. Award was presented by Jim Maynard (right) 2006 CMCHBA President. Dunn Insurance provides many excellent worksite safety programs for builders and suppliers. Dana has made many outstanding contributions to the association.
