Providence Builders, LLC Owner & Operator - Bryce Powers Established in 2004, is a locally owned and operated residential, commercial, and
multi-family contractor based in Clarksville, Tennessee.
A lifelong resident of the Clarksville area, Bryce returned home after earning a Bachelor's of Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 1996. He
worked as an engineer for nine years and still maintains his Professional Engineer's License in Tennessee and Kentucky. He received his Contractor's
License and began Providence Builders, LLC in the fall of 2004. His goal is to bring a level of professionalism to the contracting industry that he
feels is often missing. He strives to build projects that maintain value and bear his name proudly, building 249 residential homes thus far and 55
commerical projects. Bryce is committed to continuing to provide distinctive and creative projects of unmatched quality within Clarksville and the
surrounding areas. His Developments include - Governors Crossing, Madison Summit, Hidden Valley, Orchard at Davis Hill, many infill's in the city
areas.
Bryce and his family are active members of First Baptist Church of Clarksville, where he is a Yoke Fellow. Bryce is also Vice Chairman of the
Regional Planning Commission, a member of the Street Department Access Appeals Board, graduate of Leadership Clarksville, board member of Delta
Waterfowl, past board member of the Two Rivers Company, and a Past President and current board member of the Clarksville Home Builders Association.

A T Reynolds Jr., was the proud owner of Reynolds Home Builders LLC with his wife Verisa --- March 1995 to present--21 years. Arthur had a passion for building and his building talents can be seen throughout Montgomery County. A T Reynolds or "JR", referred by many - was a pillar in our community,
actively involved in the building industry. Arther Reynolds: Built over 755 homes and 44 commercial projects in
middle Tennessee.
Developing subdivisions and built many commercial buildings such as his church.
Developments include: Beachgrove, Turners Cove, Camelot Hills, Wimbledon, Shagbark, Southern View, Roanoke, Ashley's Place, Cherokee Bluff, Cider
Ridge, Denise Place
Proudly supported the Clarksville HBA for over 20 years and served as President 1999, he was one of the charter members.
A HBA Parade of Homes Participate most every year, winner of many awards during the parade.
ASpire Supporter of our community. Helping to increase business development through out Montgomery County.
Arthur was the recipient of many awards and acknowledgements for his building skills and profession.
He always had a smile on his face and kind words for all. He helped anyone who was in need no matter who you were. For these reasons we would like to pause and celebrate the many acts of kindness and contributions that JR made to the building industry and Clarksville Montgomery County.
